At Merva Paris, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, we offer returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • All original tags must still be attached.

  • The item must not have stains, odors, damage, or signs of washing or use.

  • You must provide your order number when requesting a return.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

2. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items when the requested size or replacement item is available.

If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose to receive store credit or follow our return process.

3. Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Final-sale items will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is confirmed to be our error, Merva Paris will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by Merva Paris.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Merva Paris is not responsible for returns that are lost during transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
